Session control for operators

Use Administration → Session Control to review idle-session guidance and revoke active Cloud Portal sessions for your organization.

Who can manage sessions

Owners and Admins manage org session settings. Every user can always sign out from Manage Account.

Idle guidance

1. Open Administration → Session Control.
2. Review the configured idle timeout guidance for portal operators.
3. Align internal policy so privileged users do not leave authenticated browsers unattended.
4. Confirm operators know how to sign out from Manage Account.

The portal also runs client-side idle handling for long-lived dashboard sessions. Treat idle settings as operational controls, not a substitute for MFA or workstation lock policy.

Revoke a session

1. On Session Control, locate the session to revoke.
2. Select revoke / terminate for that session.
3. Ask the operator to sign in again if access is still required.
4. Review Audit Logs if your workflow records session revocation events.
