Trustity operates several public websites. Each has a distinct audience. Use this article when you need to know where to sign in, which portal manages what, or how to send a colleague to the right place.

Sign-in destinations
Trustity deliberately separates customer and MSSP sign-in. They are not the same account system.
Customer login - trustity.co/login
- URL: trustity.co/login
- Use when: You need your personal Trustity customer area on the marketing site - for example licenses, support context, release notes, or account details tied to your relationship with Trustity as a customer contact.
- Not for: Managing enrolled endpoints, TAO deployment, or organization security policy. That work happens in the Cloud Portal.
Cloud Portal - trustity.io
- URL: trustity.io
- Use when: You administer a Trustity Cloud Platform organization - deployment downloads, security policies, managed devices, VisionX / GenGuard / Vault / HostGuard operations, audit, and org users.
- Typical users: CISO teams, IT administrators, endpoint engineers, helpdesk leads with portal roles.
- Registration: New production organizations are created at trustity.io/register or through sales-led onboarding.

Organization File Vault - trustity.io/org-vault/login
- URL: trustity.io/org-vault/login
- Use when: Your administrator published Organization File Vault and invited you as an employee, not as a Cloud Portal user.
- Typical users: Staff who need encrypted file drop and sharing without TCP roles, devices, or policy pages.
- Not for: Cloud Portal administrators. TCP accounts cannot use this login; employees cannot open
/dashboard.

Partners Hub - partners.trustity.co
- URL: partners.trustity.co
- Use when: You want partner program information, enablement resources, or to understand MSSP / reseller / referral tracks.
- Not for: Provisioning customer tenants - that is the MSSP operations portal below.
MSSP operations login - mssp.trustity.co
- URL: mssp.trustity.co/login
- Use when: You are an onboarded MSSP partner provisioning or managing end-customer tenants on behalf of your customers.
- Capabilities: Create customer organizations in TCP, assign modules and caps, track indicative settlement, upload your partner logo in the portal header.
- Access: Trustity provisions partner users after partner approval. Apply at Become a Partner if you are not onboarded yet.

Partner vs end customer
- End customers consume Trustity through their own Cloud Portal organization at trustity.io. Their administrators manage endpoints and policies inside that tenant.
- Channel partners start at partners.trustity.co for enablement - program tracks, resources, and MSSP operations entry.
- MSSP partners use mssp.trustity.co to create and oversee multiple customer tenants. Partner users only see their own partner scope; customer tenants remain isolated from each other.
- Reseller / referral partners may not receive a self-service portal login immediately. Trustity follows up after application review on Become a Partner.
