Just-in-Time (JIT) File Sharing

Sharing sensitive files with external vendors using ephemeral, self-destructing links.

The Problem with Email Attachments

Sending a file via email creates a permanent copy in the recipient's inbox, your outbox, and multiple mail servers. You lose control the moment you hit "Send".

The Trustity Solution

Trustity JIT (Just-in-Time) links allow you to grant temporary access to a specific file without creating a user account.

Configuration Options

  • Time-to-Live (TTL): Links can be set to expire after 1 hour, 24 hours, or 7 days.
  • Download Limit: Configure the link to "Self-Destruct" after 1 successful download.
  • Device Posture (Enterprise): Require the recipient to have an active Antivirus before the file unlocks.
Note: Files shared via JIT are decrypted on the fly. The recipient does not need the Trustity Agent installed, but they must meet the security policy requirements defined by your admin.
